A highlight on the Fritz-Wunderlich cycle path is of course the castle Lichtenberg. A trip there (though a very arduous climb) is a must on this tour.

Already from the highway A62 you can see the castle drone on a mountain. She was never taken. Unfortunately, a fire destroyed it, otherwise it might have been completely preserved.
