As can easily be seen in the pictures, the Annahütte has expired and therefore NOT managed! Nevertheless, because of the magnificent view, a worthwhile destination.

The Annahütte fell victim to a fire in 1944.
Due to the proximity to Slovenia, the hut was never rebuilt.
A syndicate of Austrians and Slovenes has been working for a few years for the new construction of the hut.
