Rangendingen reservoir - flood retention basin "Tal"
The Rangendingen reservoir is a flood retention basin created at the beginning of the 1970s, in which the water arriving from the higher elevations south of Rangendingen from the direction of Weilheim and Grosselfingen via the Talbach is dammed up in order to reduce flood levels in the event of increased water volumes (e.g. during a rain event). in the area of Rangendingen.
