At the end of Constappel after a bull fattening system, the road rises to 20%, ignore the sign 12%, then the road falls back to rise again to 17%, there is another flat section, then shortly before Hartha to rise again to 15%, if you think you're in town, the road rises again to 10%

From Constappel you can crank up to Röhrsdorf here. The route runs over an absolutely quiet village connecting road, no traffic, nothing, just you and the mountain :-D

You should be careful going downhill here, the asphalt is very fine, but the road is very narrow and difficult to see.
