The Gründler butcher in Kössen has stood for freshness and quality as a regional producer for 65 years. Michael is personally responsible for this. Meat consumption in particular has a lot to do with trust. The consumer wants to know where the meat comes from to be sure that the quality is right. Over 80 different types of sausage are produced here. A real paradise for meat lovers.
