A modern butcher's shop processes the farm's own Bioland veal, as well as cattle, pigs and lambs from Bioland colleagues in the region. A range of around 75 types of sausage and ham are produced here every day.
The dairy processes the farm's own goat's milk and that of two other Bioland farms into yoghurt, quark and cream cheese.
