Leuterschach is a district of Marktoberdorf and a municipality in the Ostallgäu district. The parish village is located just five kilometers southwest of Marktoberdorf. The approximately 15 km² area includes all the districts of the former municipality of Leuterschach. The Lobach River flows past to the east and flows into the Wertach River to the north.
