Bike Touring Highlight
An ideal place to take a break after the downhill or downhill runs on the Feldberg Flowtrail!
Good food and nice people.
Another advantage is that there are many paths crossing and there is a signpost and you can plan the next leg of the tour over a coffee.

Nice forest guest house.
Perfect place for a little stopover with refreshment.

"The" meeting place in the Taunus for hikers and bikers. Refreshments or just a quick beef sausage on the hand. See and be seen. From here numerous possibilities further into the Taunus, e.g. small Feldberg, Altkönig.

There are two restaurants with terraces and - if the temperatures allow - a kiosk with beer garden. I recommend the forest restaurant Fuchstanz, also because of the delicious tarte flambée. Attention: At Fuchstanz only cash payment is possible!

THE cyclist meeting point in the Taunus. With two, on nice days even three beer gardens. In the Waldgasthaus there are very delicious Flammkuchen!

After the long uphill ride, the well-cooled cyclist tastes very good here.
Coffee, cake and hot dishes are also available.

If you just want to drink something cool and rest before the last climb, it's ok. The food wasn't that great.

What can I say. It's just a must. Here meet those who drive or hike almost daily through the Taunus and the Turis who end up in the Taunus.

It is crucial that you go to Anita. Not to the other shop with the worst service. The store was too today ... says it all. And yes, we drink beer there, even though we cycle. :-)

A typical tourist get-together - it might be better to take a break elsewhere

Super cozy beer garden and restaurant in the middle of the forest, only hikers / cyclists and well adjusted to them (e.g. a lot of bike racks). Large selection of typical Hessian dishes, from hearty to light to sweet, there is something for everyone. I can recommend the pea soup with bacon and sausages!
Plus a free MTB show - who has the most expensive? ;-)

Great refreshment opportunities at the Fuchstanz. 2 restaurants and 2 kiosks cater to the tourists here excellently. But you should pay attention to the opening times. E-bike batteries can also be charged on request.
