At this point you take your time to explore a beautiful biotope. The five ponds at the Fischerhütte not only offer a picturesque backdrop but also a habitat for many animal species.
Just sit down and watch nature and its animals. This makes you more relaxed and calmer and you forget all the stress that you have built up from work, for example. When you look at a bird, you can also imagine what it might be like to look at the world from above and fly around freely.
Sit on a bench by one of the five ponds and try to be quiet and patient. Enjoy this view and watch our wild neighbors. Animals you're likely to spot include gray herons, storks, Canada geese and, if you're lucky, the elusive kingfisher. In addition to the birds that are attracted by the large selection of food, there are also reptiles such as grass snakes and lizards.
