Road cycling
A separate bike / pedestrian crossing leads over the B12 bridge. Access is via Stammham or Haunreit on a cycle path through the floodplain forest, on the south side an ascent with a beautiful view of the church of Niedergottsau.
The crossing is the most easterly in Germany. Simbach then heads east to Austria.
