So, now you have made half of our tour! For a long break, you can use the picnic benches underneath the castle (see photo, here you have already passed on the way there). And of course, a visit to the castle itself is worthwhile:
The huge castle of Berzé-le-Châtel used to serve to secure Cluny and the Grosne valley. The oldest testimony of their existence dates back to 991 and was expanded in the 13th and 15th centuries. Also worth seeing are the terraces and gardens.
