The wreck lies about 400 meters from the beach, and can, of course, only be visited at low tide. It's worth the effort, though, as many wading animals—especially crabs—have found a home here. Thousands of shrimp live in the remaining water, so it's worth bringing a net.
But be careful: There's a high risk of injury from the sharp steel edges. I've experienced this myself. Please do not walk barefoot.
