The tour to Everest Base Camp is not technically demanding. Only the last piece over the glacier to the base camp itself may be treacherous. The dangers are in the amount you reached there. Therefore, she is physically exhausting. However, you do not see the Mt. Everest from Base Camp. You should already climb the Kalar Patthar (5675 m) to have a good view of Everest.

If you are trekking in Nepal for the first time, I recommend to do the Annapurna Trek first. He is scenically diverse and leads through different regions of Nepal. Of course you can also do Everest Base Camp, but better later ;-)
