There are several different hikes through the NSG Esteauen. Here you will find peace and lots of nature. The paths are easy to walk on, and after heavy rain, they can be mushy or marshy. The path directly on the Este leads slightly wavy, rooty and shady with a few (self-made benches) through light (primeval) forest.
