Unfortunately biking along Bear Valley Trail is only allowed for about 3 miles to the intersection with Glen Trail. No connection for bikes from here to Coast Camp and Wildcat Camp, nor between those camps along the coast. But there are in-and-out bike trails directly to Coast Camp from Limantour Rd and to Wildcat Camp from Hwy 1
