From this tower you have a beautiful view over the Westerpolder. The Westerpolder is the southernmost sub-area of 't Roegwold. The monotonous turf and former farmland has given way to more varied vegetation since 2002. Uneven plains alternate with pools and lakes for different flora and fauna.
