"In the 1920s, architect Otto Haesler shaped the cityscape of Celles with his designs. His third and last residential project for Celle was the Blumläger Feld housing estate, which he realized in 1930/31.

The settlement originally consisted of several two-story buildings. Two lines of 222 meters long on Hugo and Rauterbergweg with a transverse wing shaped the image of the settlement.
