In the small hamlet of Doos, where the Aufseß flows into the Wiesent, there is the sociotherapeutic facility "Haus Aufseßtal", which cares for people with addictions. There is also a publicly accessible sensory parcour with a labyrinth, an herb garden, and various substrates for balancing and tingling the soles of the feet.
