Run through the small, narrow Eichholzwäldli, contrary to the Komoot card, two parallel trails (see photo with map section). One in the middle of the forest and one, just a few meters away, along the western edge of the forest.
The trail at the edge of the forest is narrow, curvy in places between trees and also includes roots, root stages and two forkings.
The other trail is much wider with simple root passages and leads almost straight through the forest.
Since the Eichholzwäldli lies on a slope that slopes from north to south, the more technically demanding trail (Cat. S1-S2) is recommended for downhill and the easier trail (Cat. S1) for uphill.
Of course it's also the other way round 😉
Be careful at the crossroads with the gravel roads. Depending on the vegetation, these are very confusing.
The Eichholzwäldli is also a popular local recreation area.
So you always have to count on pedestrians, children playing, cyclists, dogs, etc.
