For me, this wild and mostly lonely beach (out of season) is one of the absolute highlights in the south of Portugal. There is a relatively large parking lot and a restaurant that is only open in season.

Hiking

The highlight marker is at Praia do Castelejo, the southern neighbor of Praia da Cordoama. Everything else Sven wrote is correct, though. It's the southernmost of the three beaches near Vila de Bispo. Easy to reach, and there's even a beach bar. At the end of May and the end of September, it was virtually deserted (except for a few surfers) – unbelievable, but it was. Highly recommended! Ideal as a starting point for long beach walks north.

Hiking

Wild beach with offshore rocks. The beach restaurant had already opened in March. The descent from the "Ponte de Aspa" is beautiful, but also very climbing. Access to the neighboring beaches only at low water level.
