Here, the Oytal opens up and gives you a view of the fantastic, unique mountain panorama. There they stand in the backlight: the snail from its broadside, the sky horn with the famous Rädlergrat and the savages - the big one and the little one. At your side are the striking horns of hell.

Very good refreshments, if you continue on the way, come some more Alps. From the Oytalhaus you can then roll back to Oberstdorf by scooter. 👍👍

    Very nice valley with refreshments.
If you do not want to run back, you can also rent a scooter.

Nice winter hike to the Oytalhaus, which you can combine with a stop there. The path is always well prepared.
In summer you can hike comfortably to the Gutenalpe, or a little more strenuous to the Käseralpe ...

The scooter ride back to the valley, was for us at the end of the tour a particularly fun and unforgettable experience.

It is worth to leave the paved road and walk the small round along the Oy-Bach: Better view of the waterfall!

Very nice there - suitable for toddlers - for our larger 9 and 11 rather boring tour

The Oytal is beautiful. No question.
The path is varied and beautifully laid out. Largely barrier-free and can also be created by older people. So far so good.

But on a day like today, operations are already marginal. Mountain bikers make the hikers a lot to do with their sometimes reckless behavior. Clearly not all cyclists are too fast and frighten others. But some people should check their style and adjust if necessary.

A hike on good paths (also suitable for bicycles) through a beautiful valley. The highlight is the Oberstdorfer waterfall (Stuibenfall) and the descent with the scooter (rental fee 7 €) from the Oytalhaus to Oberstdorf has a lot of fun.

A valley that you can explore on foot, by bike and even by horse-drawn carriage. Once you have reached the top, it is also a flat path!
In addition, it is of course a worthwhile excursion destination!
