Running
An impressive trail through the Verdon gorge parallel to the river. The exit to the gorge is quite steep, the trail in the gorge but over many kilometers to walk with few vertical meters. A few meters in altitude (such as the staircase) must still be managed.
In the summer take necessarily sunscreen and headgear, gets very hot in the canyon.
