Kleine Triebischstraße

Very nice little side street between Sora and Schmiedewalde. Instead of on the bicycle road to Taubenheim you can also here, for example drive in the direction of Triebischtal. Very little traffic and very nice and in any case suitable for the road bike.

The path along the Wilden Sau (Saubachtal) is indeed a hiking trail, but is used by cyclists who can carry their bike on some sections. For a three-wheel recumbent (trike) like mine, the stony sections are hard to beat. With pushing and pulling, I'm still through to Neudeckmühle - the scenic appeal is worth the effort. On quiet village roads to the manor Limbach. From there, a well-maintained and signposted bike path leads back to the valley of the unsuspecting ...
