The Matias Potrero Trail is a scenic, winding singletrack that starts just above 1,800 feet on Arroyo Burro Road. The trail heads east, initially descending before gradually ascending as it weaves through a series of meadows known as “potreros.” It offers a great ride with twisty turns and occasional rocky sections. There is a junction with the Matias Potrero Connector Trail, allowing for a nice loop option, or you can continue until the trail ends at Devils Canyon Trail.
