Day Island is not really an island, it is connected by this gravel road dike, and also several narrow single track trails on the levies across the wetlands. Another area with minimal info on OSM Komoot maps. Most of the marsh trails are actually abandoned and overgrown, only the one used here is open and allows a little loop.
