Tips
The ascent from Partenen is worthwhile. The path leads steeply but surprisingly well laid out through beautiful mountain forest. Behind the alp it is almost always along the water in a picturesque high valley.

The Vallülasee is very remote in rough terrain northeast of the Vallüla mountain - but it's worth the effort. Sure-footedness and good shoes are essential.
