June 30, 2019Robert-Gernhardt Bridge 34 is located on the Nidda-Raduferweg, in the immediate vicinity of the adjacent "Old Bonames Airport" which crosses the river here. On the bridge railing is the green armadillo (image advertising for the urban nature conservation, landscape protection and local recreation area) by Robert Gernhardt. Robert Gernhardt (1937-2006) was a German writer, poet, essayist, draftsman and painter. He became known among others through his satirical magazine Titanic.
The modern transition is comfortable for cyclists and pedestrians in both directions and very easy to pass. 🚴♂️- The Nidda is a river in Hesse that rises in the Vogelsberg. After a flow length of around 90 kilometers, it flows into the Wörthspitze between Frankfurt's Höchst district and the Main.June 30, 2019
