Don't be confused by the "Haus Venus" (the name used to be the program ...) just before it. The Mariengrotte - adorned by believers - with the small waterfall is famous in the region.

The grotto can be reached from the bike path via a short set of stairs. Hiking trail on the other side is closed.

A great place about 3 km from Bitburg in an idyllic gorge of the Albach valley. This place is the destination of some pilgrims and is used for Marian veneration. Be careful with the steps, could be slippery.
