Anyone in the area must of course see the impressive Pont d'Arc - very spectacular, if not lonely in summer. Paddlers, hikers, strollers, cyclists and car tourists all meet here - but it's still worth it, especially if you come a little outside of rush hour! The short detour from here up to the entrance of the original Chauvet Cave is also exciting. It is of course not accessible, but the view of the gorge is still great! The visitor center at Vallon, a little further away, gives a great impression of the cave paintings that are "hidden" behind the steel door. A real treasure of mankind!
