Hiking Highlight (Segment)

Before or after the gorge, be sure to eat the Kaiserschmarrn at the Vorderkaser Wirt as a refreshment. A dream! Also great with children, next to the gorge there is a playground (at the snack station) and great bathing lakes with rafts.

After the Vorderkaserklamm, visit the Lamprechtshöhle! A great show cave, well lit and secured paths. min. take an hour.

Great tour! We took the Vorderkaserklamm, the Lamprechtshöhle and the income of the Klamm with us. Everything was recommended.

I also took the combination ticket. And everything even made with dog 🐶.

The Vorderkaserklamm is worthwhile even in bad weather, since with increasing water level the spectacle of the supporting water masses is larger.

You definitely have to be in good physical shape. Before one is in the actual gorge, it goes well uphill. But the visit is definitely worth it.

Spectacular and definitely worth the somewhat strenuous climb!

Worth seeing gorge, which is sometimes quite narrow. After the entrance at the Vorderkaser snack station, the route goes steeply uphill before you reach the beginning of the wooden footbridge. First wide, then becoming narrower, you walk on well-secured paths through the partially dark gorge.

Not suitable for small children. Not even for dogs. Not to be recommended with slight fear of heights. Otherwise very impressive and a great trip. The host in the snack station's all sorts of delicious and good things.

A "short" gorge, but very impressive as you go very narrow through the rocks. Hiking shoes recommended for the way back.
