Casa Ponte was born as a peasant house. Now Alpine Refuge, in the former stables on the ground floor there is the dining room and bar, where sandwiches, wraps, and simple dishes are prepared for every need. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one dormitory and two bathrooms.

The refuge can be reached by car, motorbike. There is a large parking lot, a lake where you can fish with a D license (see attachment) and around which you can relax, walk, admire nature.

There are also several rest areas equipped for safe barbecues.

Thanks to a dense network of well-marked paths, you can reach San Benedetto in Alpe and the Acquacheta stream with its famous waterfalls, Bocconi in the Montone valley, the hermitages of Trebbana and Gamogna, Lutirano and even Marradi, as well as strolling in the beautiful beech and chestnut woods of the upper Tramazzo.

Included in the National Park project "From Refuge to Refuge", it is possible to go on treks lasting several days.
