This is the WW2 memorial in the Netherlands for the common people. On the evening of May 4th there is a ceremony to remember the fallen. The ceremony is organized by survivors of the resistance during WW2 or their (grand)children. Everybody that wants to lay some flowers needs to queue up as there is no hierarchy on these grounds.

Great bit of road to casually ride by, eat and drink something and take in the surroundings. Not a good place to ride fast as the road is too narrow and it can be busy on a sunny day.
