Mayar is a Munro in the south east of the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands. It stands at 928m and overlooks Glen Clova and the Glendoll Forest. It's commonly climbed with Driesh, its neighbour to the east.

A very beautiful corrie and the view from the top back down is also fantastic... as long as the weather is clear.
An easy walk through the forest and a fairly short climb make these some of the easiest views to attain.

The quite difficult ascent to the Mayar is definitely worth it. The all around view is fantastic.
