Also called Kreuzkirche (because of the floor plan). Baroque predecessor church (half-timbered) from 1609. 1735 to 1738 classicist plaster building. First built as a transverse hall building, in 1740 a church tower was placed in front of the middle of the south side of the church, which gave the church a cruciform plan. Badly damaged in 1814 during a city fire and restored according to plans by Schinkel from 1817 to 1820. Currently renovation work
