Many projects of the Teltower Platte environmental initiative are primarily located between Teltow and Kleinziethen. Along the green edge of the city in the south of Berlin you will find a total of around 30 hectares of reforested areas, several restored small bodies of water, layered wood hedges, a large meadow orchard, avenues and path connections as well as other individual designs and species protection projects. Since 1990, a green belt has been created between Teltow and Großziethen, which today, among other things, inspires the numerous (international) cyclists on the Berlin Wall Trail.
