From its exit from Lake Garda to Mantua, the Mincio river can be followed along the beautiful cycle path up to Pozzolo sul Mincio.
The cycle path then continues following a canal and abandoning the Mincio (which many ignore) while the Mincio river diverts towards Goito and subsequently to Rivalta, where it then opens up and widens to arrive in Mantua, forming the first of the 3 lakes, Lake Superiore.translated by•July 20, 2020
