This exceptional hornbeam, the longest in Belgium (573 m) and one of the largest in Europe, is made up of 4700 hornbeam plants, 60 to 70% of which are centenarians.
Maintained by students of the Agronomic Institute of La Reid, it is also called "The Cradle" because of its arched shape.
The visit is free, from sunrise to sunset.
