The Koblenz cable car, also known as the BuGa cable car or Rheinseilbahn, is an aerial cableway over the Rhine in Koblenz and represents modern infrastructure in Germany. It was built as an attraction and environmentally friendly transport link for the 2011 Federal Horticultural Show. Passengers can enjoy a panoramic view of the UNESCO World Heritage "Upper Middle Rhine Valley" and of the city with its more than 2000-year-old tradition at the confluence of the Rhine and Moselle.

The Koblenz cable car, also known as the Buga cable car or the Rheinseilbahn cable car, is a cable car over the Rhine in Koblenz. It was built as an attraction and environmentally friendly transport link to the Federal Horticultural Show 2011. Since June 2010, the cable car has connected the Rhine facilities at the height of the basilica of St. Kastor with the plateau in front of the Ehrenbreitstein fortress. It is Germany's first three-lane aerial tramway and has the worldwide largest capacity with a production capacity of 7600 persons per hour. Their construction costs amounted to around twelve million euros. With the approval of UNESCO, the cable car can be operated until the end of its longest service life in 2026. Responsible operator is the Skyglide Event Germany GmbH from Lindau (Lake Constance), a wholly owned subsidiary of the manufacturer Doppelmayr, which serves the Koblenz cable car as a demonstration facility.
