    Rampside Lighthouse is an unusual feature on Rampside seafront. Also known as The Needle, the lighthouse is one of the only surviving of its kind left today. It was built in 1875 to guide ships to the port. The lighthouse is Grade II listed.

      Its a great structure and an amazing view.....but it is not a lighthouse! It is a Leading Light.
