A very exciting trail that is peppered with many stones. When it's dry, this is definitely a lot of fun. But when it is wet (as it was in my case), then you should enjoy it with caution, because then it gets a bit slippery here and there. A helmet is the least amount of equipment you should wear here. I still recommend something more, such as knee / elbow pads.
