Puchheim Castle is a well-preserved Renaissance complex with a striking gate tower. It has been a Redemptorist monastery since 1851. The Georg chapel is open to the public.

The 5-aisled pilgrimage basilica (today parish church) was consecrated in 1890.

A stone bridge over a moat connects the castle building with the front castle (farmyard). The music school, the tower gallery, the Maximilianhaus educational center and the parish center of the parish Maria Puchheim are located here.
