Unfortunately the Faggione, which had already suffered a partial collapse, finally crashed. Pity! A witness of hundreds of years of history is gone.

Magical place. A monument of nature. To admire and respect.

The legendary Faggione, a 200-year-old colossus is definitively dead, after the lightning that had literally split it in half, a slightly more important wind was enough to make it fall and perish once and for all. Too bad it was a symbol for this area very popular with walkers, cyclists, lumberjacks, mushroom hunters and nature lovers in general!
