The Domesday Book records a church Chaddesley Corbett in 1086 and there was likely to be a church at this spot long before that. The church you see today was built in the 12th century and was extended throughout the 13th and 14th centuries. The spire was built 1778-1779 by James Rose. St Cassian’s is Grade I-listed.
