Running

Durdle Door is the stunning and much photographed sea arch to the west of this headland and Man o' War cove lies to the east. Both beaches are great for a swim and the coast path along here offers miles of wonderful running.
It can get very busy here in good weather but it's still worth a quick stop to look at the geology, when you start running again it only takes a few minutes to leave the crowds behind.
