Here you are at the Tizi N'Test pass!

It will have been necessary to leave Ouirgane quite early to arrive after more than 72 kilometers of a very gradual ascent to this pass of 2,100 meters in altitude. It's time to take a break. That's good, the cafe and hotel-restaurant La Haute Vue located at the pass offers just that.

The extraordinary descent that will follow will leave you with unforgettable memories. The view there is indeed breathtaking! The switchbacks on the descent will reward you for your efforts.

Cycled this in May 2025. Great pass but there a lot of civil engineering taking place and in turn lots of dust from the construction works and trucks that are constantly passing you. Lots of temporary gravel in place of the road some of which was a pretty big for a gravel bike but still rideable. Beautiful pass and I can see why it would be a stunning ride on the right day. Thanks to Vincent for the route.
