  • Last of the three guards remaining in the commune. It was built about 1745 on the Pointe de La Guette by order of Louis XV to dissuade the landing of English ships of war, which often approached the coasts. It was restored in 1990. The guard guard was able to hold 20 soldiers and protected the port with its two 12-guns placed below.
