The "National Hall" or the "King's" hall is a rounded formation of rauks. The hard reef limestone that the rauks are made of tells of a time when Gotland was in a marine environment at the equator about 440 million years ago. The lush spruce forest and inland smokes together create a magical environment and are a popular excursion destination.
