The old "Frieda", a disused Saalelast barge, began its last voyage from Wettin to a low-loader in 1972 and was taken in parts to the Kulkwitzer See. Here she anchored on the shores of Lake Kulkwitz, popularly known as "Kulki". to be subsequently expanded as a restaurant.
