Cementerio Cristobal Colon (Columbus Cemetery) is a Catholic cemetery with an area of 56 hectares. Over 2 million dead are buried here. This makes it the largest cemetery in America and the third largest in the world. It is located in the Vedado district and was founded in 1876.
