Ascent and descent from the Hirzer-Selbahn mountain station: be sure to take enough drinks with you !!! Anyone who hopes for a spring or a stream to supply himself with liquid on the way hopes in vain.

Shortly before the summit cross there is even a higher point with wooden beams for a comfortable rest. That's where the real peak is. But probably not visible from the Passeier Valley.
This is probably why the cross was moved slightly to the west.September 3, 2021
